What data we collect

When you send us an inquiry through the form, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, email address, phone number (optional), arrival and departure dates, number of guests and your message.

To protect against abuse, the server temporarily (for no longer than one hour) stores an encrypted record of your IP address. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to reply to your inquiry and, if you wish, to arrange your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Inquiries are not stored in the website database; they are delivered to the host by email. We keep the data only as long as needed to reply and for any stay, and we delete inquiries that do not lead to a booking within 12 months at the latest, unless the law requires longer retention.

Who receives your data

  • Hostinger International Ltd. – the hosting provider of this website.
  • Google (Gmail) – the email service that receives inquiries.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) – only if you contact us via WhatsApp yourself; WhatsApp’s privacy policy then applies.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and external content

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Only one technical cookie is used to remember your chosen language. Fonts are loaded from our own server. The “Open in maps” link opens Google Maps in a new tab, where Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email above. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr, or with the supervisory authority in your country.
